This Site provides information about my therapy services and allows prospective clients to contact me. It does not provide clinical services or constitute a therapist-client relationship. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.

- SimplePractice / Clientsecure.me, My client portal and scheduling platform. When you click “Book Now” or “Free Consultation,” you are directed to this platform. Any information you submit there is governed by SimplePractice’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics, Used to analyze Site traffic. Google may collect usage data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out via Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Web hosting (Hostinger), This Site is hosted on Hostinger servers. Standard server logs may be retained per Hostinger’s data retention policies.
5. HIPAA Notice
I am a licensed mental health provider. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) governs the privacy of your Protected Health Information (PHI) once a therapist-client relationship is established.
Information submitted through the contact form on this Site is not protected by HIPAA, it is pre-intake contact information. Once you become a client, your clinical information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and my Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided through the client portal.

6. Data Security
I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. I cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from this Site.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or as required by applicable law. If you do not become a client, your information is not retained in a clinical record.
